As of February 1st, Professor Jeongho Kwak joined us in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering at DGIST.
Professor Jeongho Kwak received his BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Ajou University, Suwon, Korea in 2008. He then received his Master and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from KAIST, Daejeon, Korea in 2011 and 2015, respectively.
He was Post-Doctoral Researcher with INRS and Western University, Canada. He was a Marie-Curie Research Fellow with Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
His current research interests lie on resource optimization and reinforcement learning in hybrid cloud/edge computing architecture, energy optimization in heterogeneous networks, and radio resource management for future (5G+/6G) wireless networks.
He has a lot of top-tier journal/conference publications in communication/networking and mobile system areas including IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Communications and IEEE INFOCOM.
